Our goal is to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Sometimes it may take longer if shipped directly from the manufacturer. Approximate days to ship are listed on the "Shipping" tab of each product page. If your order contains items with different lead times, then it may ship according to the item with the longest lead time. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status of your order on the order status page.
Most items in our store qualify for free shipping within the Continental United States, as long as the order total exceeds $100. Items that do not qualify may include: sale or discontinued items, special orders, manufacturer restricted items, or oversized and bulky items. Free shipping will automatically be applied when your order exceeds $100. If you return an item (for reasons other than defect or damage) which brings your initial order below $100, we will reduce your refund by the flat rate shipping and handling cost of $8.99.
